Renewable Energies
FUTUR SHOP
conceives and implements systems related to the renewable
energy sector (photovoltaic, solar, wind energies..). thanks
to the partnerships established with the leading companies
of the sector, we are able to offer any kind of technical
support for the following systems:
Photovoltaic:
home and business project
The
benefits of a “solar roof”…
Every month
the electric bill affects the annual budget of each
family or business. Now in Italy, as is successfully
happening in other European countries, it is possible to
install photovoltaic systems linked to the national
electricity network benefiting from a profitable subsidy
system: the so called “energy account”.
Energy
produced daily by the photovoltaic system can be
consumed by users or sold, totally or partially, to the
national electricity network to be reused when
necessary.
The main
benefits of the photovoltaic systems are:
Savings
on the electricity bill thanks to the possibility to
eliminate the billing cost and even to have an energy
“credit” by the distributor (Enel, Edison etc..)
Higher
power: power produced by your system is added to
that deriving from your contract, thus increasing the
power available
A Real gain: the
“Energy account” lasts 20 years, once the monthly
profits coming from subsides are equals to the cost of
the system (8-9 years on average), the remaining period
of time (11-12 years on average) can be considered an
increase in your income!
A gift to the planet:
you’ll prevent tons of CO2 from being released in the
atmosphere, the main cause of the greenhouse effect.

Diagram of a photovoltaic system
A PV system is made up of:
1.
PV modules,
converting sunlight into electricity
2.
An inverter,
converting the DC power produced by the modules
into
alternating
current
3.
Protection systems
and activation devices
4.
An electricity
meter to measure energy produced by the system
or released to the network |

How do we support you?
FUTUR SHOP
is able to support you during all
the phases of the project, offering a “turnkey” solution:
1. We will come in your house o collect
the early technical data and to answer your questions
2. A preparatory design of the project is
drawn
3. We’ll make a preemption of costs
4. We discuss with you our solution
providing a financial consulting service and a comprehensive
technical support in case of funding.
5. After you accept the proposal we’ll
have a second detailed technical inspection to draw the
final design leading to the signature of the contract
6. We’ll draft the commencement notice to
be submitted to the municipality and we’ll request the
connection to your Energy distributor (Enel, Edison, etc..)
7. we install the system 8including PV
modules positioning and the setting up of the electrical
system
8. we send the end of work documents to
the energy distributor
9. We’ll be present when the Energy
distributor will install the new meter
10. On your behalf we can draft and send the
documents necessary to receive the subsidies and for the
rate to be acknowledged. Only then our job is completed;
We believe the client is our partner so we
help you to implement the project trough a several steps
process to reach an assured goal
guaranteed by contract
The standard timetable*
of the “energy account” to have a working PV
system, linked to the main network, and to sign all
contracts to receive subsidies is the following:
Once the contract is signed between
the client and FUTUR SHOP for a “turnkey” PV system, the
whole process develops, except for those differences related
to the location of the system
STANDARD TIMETABLE FOR A TURNKEY PV SYSTEM
1.
+ 5days. Preparatory design sent to the Energy distributor
(Ex. Enel) .
2.
+ 5days. Commencement notice sent to the municipality
3.
+30days. The PV system installation begins
4.
+ 5days. End of installation and testing
5.
+ 5days. End of work notice is sent to be linked to the
National network
6.
+
20days.
PV system Start-up (FUTUR
SHOP
is present together with the distributor)
7.
+10days. Final project documents sent to receive the 20year
long convention and the signature of the sale or Exchange
contract
8.
+60days.
Acknowledgment of the rate and launch of the final phse to
sign the convention
9.
+30days.
Signature of the 20year long convention and begin of the
subsidy payment 6 days after the start-up date
Days in
red
are not related to the solar roof but they are average days
imposed by the
Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas
and/or by the Energy Account decree
Briefly, the standard timetable envisages the
system start-up after 2 months??? and a half on average and
the convention is signed on the 6th month. Subsides will be
received on average on the 8th month.
FUTUR SHOP continues to support you. It will
monitor your system for 2 years, including a remote
monitoring, to assess the functioning and productivity of
the system.
* the standard timetable is related to a
system up to 20kW partially integrated located in areas
without archeological, environmental and historical
constraints.
Mini-windpower
system
Another way to have “homemade” renewable energy is a mini-windpower
system...
a mini-windpower system can be install where winds all over
the years enable and ensure an adequate functioning of the
system and the energy production ensures an adequate
economic gain.
According to
the wind turbines used and to the power produced, windpower
systems can be installed in:
. small
isolated houses
-
Businesses
-
Farms
-
Campings, holiday and farm
villages….
The main
benefits of a mini windpower system are:
-a widespread
resource: wind is available in many areas, it does not
pollute and it is never ending
- low costs:
which allowed its diffusion
- all inclusive
fixed fare: the ministerial decree 18/12/2009 envisaged the
introduction of national subsidies for mini windpoer
systems linked to the main national network between 1-200 kw.
Subsidies last 15 years.

protected area (including areas immediately outside
protected areas) or with
artistic and historical constraints. Then the
authority (local, the
regional board of the ministry of cultural
heritage and environmental conservation and parks…)
will have to monitor the situation and issue
a non impediment permit

Thermal solar system
Saving on energy costs related to warm water
production and to heating is possible and immediate!
The ideal solution is the installation of a
thermal solar system, converting directly solar energy in
thermal energy. Thanks to a thermal solar system several
goals are achieved:
1.
Production of warm water for domestic and
sanitary use and for the service sector (gyms, hotels,
offices…);
2.
Production of warm water for heating
3.
Swimming pool heating (outdoor or
indoor);
4.
Production of warm water for low
temperature industrial processes
5.
Foodfarming products drying
Benefits deriving from the systems are
numerous:
1.
Economic and energy saving: a 3-4 people
family, with a per capita water consumption of 60-70 liters,
spends more than 500 euros per year for electrical energy as
regards warm water with an electrical boiler and roughly 400
euros per year with a gas hot-water heater. Thanks to a
thermal solar system, covering 60-70 % of the need for warm
water, a family can save 350 euros annually and 250 euros
respectively. Hence the initial investment is refunded in a
few years.
2.
You can enjoy a 55% tax relief for the
installation costs: thanks to the financial law 2008 (law on
the 24 december 2007, n° 244), a 55% tax relief is granted
until the 31 december 2010 as regards energy expenses
as enshrined in the financial law 2007 (law on the 27
december 2006 n°296) and especially for thermal solar
modules (par. 346). Briefly you can deduct 55% of the system
expenses (VAT included) up to 60.000 €, in 3 equal annual
parts. Furthermore, at the national level, (regions,
provinces, municipalities) announcements are issued to
receive subsidies in capital account with the installation
of a thermal solar system (25 – 30% of the total cost).
Finally it is worth recalling that the VAT percentage for
thermal solar system is 10%.
3.
The energy class of the house is
improved, thus increasing its value
4.
Higher productivity with low maintenance
costs
